Have you seen an "Umarell?" Or are you one?

You know the chap standing next to roadworks with his hands behind his back, judging the whole operation? The Italians have a word for exactly that;

He is an Umarell :disguised_face:

Consider this when writing your next risk assessment. “Be courteous and patient when engaging with Umarells.”

They have their own Wikipedia page - ”men of retirement age who spend their time watching construction sites, especially roadworks – stereotypically with hands clasped behind their back and offering unrequested advice”.
